RBC : Oksijen taşıyan alyuvarlardır. Kan kaybı ve anemi durumlarında düşük olur. Yüksek rakım, astım, böbrek hastalıkları sonucu yükselir.

MCH: Alyuvarlardaki hemoglobin miktarını gösterir.
MCHC: Alyuvar hemoglobin yüzdesidir.
HCT : Kandaki alyuvar ve hemoglobin miktarlarının ölçüsüdür. Kansızlık ve kan kaybı durumlarında azalır. İshal durumunda artar.
PLT : Kanın pıhtılaşmasını sağlayan trombositlerdir.
WBC : Beyaz kan hücreleri diye geçer. Diğer adı akyuvarlardır. Vücudun savunma ve bağışıklık sistemi ile ilgilidir. Düşük değerde çıkarsa ciddi bir hastalık olabilir. Aids ve kanserlerde düşüktür.
PNL: Bakteriyle çoğalan enfeksiyonlarda artabilir.
Lymphocytes: Aids’te düşük çıkar.
Eosinophils: Allerji ve parazit durumlarında yükselir.
